This hands-on class teaches you to craft your own cheese, complemented by the creation of unique accompaniments, like a Pear and Walnut Chutney and a variety of breads utilising exclusive breadmaking techniques with cheese whey. Enhance your culinary creations with a selection of bespoke oils, salts, and sugars.

Experience the joy of making and savouring a range of cheeses as a group, including Mozzarella, Ricotta, Soft Cheese with Chives and Chilli, Paneer, and Goat's Cheese. The course also provides insights into advancing to the next level of making hard cheeses and an array of breads using whey.

This class is vegetarian-friendly, ensuring all milk used is pasteurised. It's a perfect blend of learning, making and tasting, ideal for both beginners and cheese enthusiasts alike.
