The Experience
Your group session starts when you arrive at the venue and meet your instructor for the day. You will get a quick intro to what is planned for the two hours so everyone knows what to expect before stepping up to the poles.
Once you are warmed up, the instructor takes you through the absolute basics. You will start with simple grips, footwork, and balance before moving on to basic spins around the pole. As the group gets used to the equipment, the moves get a bit more dynamic, with short sequences and simple tricks that are easy to pick up even if you have never done it before.
During the second half of the class, the instructor helps you put all those individual spins and poses together into a short, complete routine. There is plenty of time to practice each move at your own speed, take a few photos, and cheer each other on as you work through the steps. The focus stays entirely on having a good time rather than getting every technical detail spot on.
Once the music stops and the routine is finished, you will do a quick cool down with the instructor to stretch out your muscles before wrapping up the session.

Only the group members are allowed in, spectators are not allowed to avoid distraction.
What To Wear
Wear whatever you’re comfortable in, but make sure your arms and legs are bare (e.g., vest, t-shirt, shorts). Bare feet or socks are fine.
No jewellery, and please avoid using body moisturiser on the day.
