The Wonderful Aeolian Islands sailing holiday offers eight days of exploration. This trip brings together life at sea and the culture of Sicily’s islands.
The journey starts at Marina di Portorosa. From here, you sail to Vulcano, where you can try the mud baths or swim in Porto di Levante. On Filicudi, highlights include lava cliffs and the Grotta del Bue Marino, a cave known for its light effects. Salina offers a swim in a prehistoric crater and the chance to taste granita in Lingua.
Lipari has white pumice quarries and lively streets. Stromboli shows an active volcano, with Strombolicchio rising from the sea nearby. Panarea provides calm coves and a fashionable village setting. Canneto is the final stop, where beaches of sand and gravel meet turquoise water.
